Wisdom Wear has been in business since October 2001 selling our high quality, affordable, comfortable and meaningful headwear both on our website and to retail stores. Our current selection for an authentic, brush-stroked Chinese character and Chinese symbol baseball hat include the Chinese Symbol for Wisdom, Dragon, Dog, Horse, Hero, Dad, Freedom, Chaos, Chill, Yin Yang (Balance), Peace, Love, and the Chinese character for Eat (the perfect gift for any chef). From our Irish/German and Welch roots comes the first of our Rune symbols, the Celtic Rune symbol for Strength and Good Health, in two colors.
We are creating more Celtic Hats with Rune symbols and ancient symbols from other cultures with traditions of wisdom: coming soon both Celtic and Japanese symbols on our high quality, comfortable, baseball hats. The English translation for each Chinese character is embroidered on the back of our hats, promoting cross-cultural understanding.
Wisdom Wear is located where you're just as likely to get a wild storm as you are a sunset, so moving and memorable you grab your hat, coat and dog and run to the shore to drink in the sight. We have element tested our Wisdom Wear hats in every kind of weather and even had a customer scuba dive in one to prove their durability.
JT has been boogie boarding in her Dragon hat, and two years later it is still going strong! Yes we CARE! We have worn them in the worst hurly-burly storms and driven all the way to Vegas to Sun Test them in 102. Degree scorching heat...Okay, we were there for the tan but the hats held up Baby , that's the point.
