When enjoying outdoors it is convenient to have the head covered to protect from adverse weather conditions. Baseball caps have become very popular for this purpose. Hats for people like the police, armed services and others are specially embroidered with a design signifying their unit and sometimes, for those in command, it will signify their station.

When walking down the street of any foreign country one will see that it is especially popular with the youth. It is considered trendy in Japan where young people wear it as an indication of being ‘hep’ with modern things.
Baseball caps have been found to be a convenient way to cover one’s head and still be in fashion. It is comfortable, keeps the sun rays out of one’s eyes, can be washed and fits in with almost any occasion.
